From Code to Cup

Maison Avalon began at a desk that has shipped more lines of code than it has cups of coffee. Before this brand, there were systems, software, and operational frameworks — built across the founder’s work as CTO at MPB Health and through Omnivurse Technologies, the studio that created Olyron Inc and now Maison Avalon. All of it organized around a single instinct: design every detail with purpose, remove what is unnecessary, and elevate the rituals that support exceptional work.

It turns out the practice of architecting a product and the practice of composing a cup are not as different as they sound. Both demand restraint. Both reward provenance. Both quietly decide the shape of the work that follows.

Maison Avalon is what happened when those instincts stopped being applied to screens and started being applied to mornings — the first cup before the standup, the pour-over after the long decision, the K-Cup at 7:14 a.m. before a room full of clients. The brief was simple: build the coffee a CTO would actually keep on the desk.

Single-origin and small-lot specialty coffees from named regions and farms — Yirgacheffe, Huila, Kintamani — selected for character, traceability, and the integrity of the people who grow them.

Profile-led, small batches, no shortcuts. Each roast is built around the bean, not the bean around the roast. We do not chase trends. We chase clarity.

Across his work leading technology at MPB Health and through Omnivurse Technologies — the house behind Olyron Inc, and now Maison Avalon — Vinnie has spent years architecting systems, brands, software, and operational frameworks designed for performance. Maison Avalon brings that same discipline to coffee: refined, intentional, and crafted for the quiet hours where focus becomes momentum.

The Name

Avalon is borrowed. The brand carries the name of a quietly remarkable woman — one of a kind, and the founder’s enduring inspiration.
